Last Week’s Highlights

Well, we gotta hand it to ya. You all must have gotten some sleep because scores system-wide were on the upswing. Maybe you were extra caffeinated. Maybe you had a complete-balanced breakfast. Maybe you just saw these movies from last week a dozen times. Whatever the secret, there was certainly a more dominant showing that we can’t explain. Maybe you’re just getting better at this? Who knows…let’s dive in, shall we?

THE LION KING destroyed the record books with an astonishing 98.02% win rate. While you all deserve some come hither eyes from Nala for getting it on the first quote, we just want to single out those of you who had a streak broken by Lion King. We’re assuming you entered the CGI heavy one with Beyonce and Lionish Gambino, and just didn’t have an extra guess after that. Do not worry. Streak breaks can come out of the blue, just like Aces, so no need to fret about Disney doing ya wrong. Keep your chin up to the 1.98% of you out there.

ARMY OF DARKNESS definitely was harder than the Lion King, with only 61.3% of players winning the Sunday Stumper. Evil Dead 2 did make the podium for top three incorrect answers so folks had good ‘ol Bruce Campbell on the brain, they just couldn’t get the right title. 61 percent though ain’t shabby for a Stumper. Y’all are pretty smart. Y’all must shop S-Mart.

THE LION KING also netted the highest Ace score too with a mind boggling 32.1% of you getting it from Zazu’s sassy criticism:
